Many of the staff are rude and indifferent and I feel sorry for the few nice staff members as there is such a sour mood about the place that they don't get the praise they deserve. Upon check in, the hotel had no power, while this was not the hotel's fault, the response "we can't check you in you'll have to come back sometime later." Is not what someone wants to hear after traveling all day. Some of the rooms apparently have the door knobs on upside down and/or require "body weight" to get them open. Overall this is a miserable hotel in a depressed area and I wouldn't stay again. ...read more

The name is Quality Inn therefore they should live up to the name regardless of the star rating.
